KULGAM, MAY 23: District Administration Kulgam today organized a day-long capacity building programme (CBP) focusing on holistic development and convergence, held at the new conference hall of the mini-secretariat Kulgam.
The inaugural session of the programme was presided over by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan.
Training programme aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive holistic development in Kulgam district.
Programme featured multiple technical sessions and tabletop exercises centered around key themes including convergent planning, saturation approach, public-private partnership, role of PRIs, inclusion, digitization, and leveraging IT as a multiplier.
The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from district, block, and field-level officers representing various departments including Revenue, RDD, R&B, PHE, Social Welfare, Education, Health, Industries, KVIB, KVIC, ICDS, SWD, and YSS, among others.
