She highlighted Articles 21A, 24, 39 and 15(3) of the Constitution of India and emphasized the importance of education, dignity, protection from exploitation, and a safe environment for children.

She also discussed the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and explained the role of Juvenile Justice Boards and Child Welfare Committees in ensuring care, protection, and rehabilitation of vulnerable children.

Special emphasis was laid on domestic violence and its adverse impact on children and families, particularly on the mental and emotional well-being of children growing up in violent or unsafe environments.
