EBSB activities organised for PM SHRI School students in Doda

DODA, MARCH 14: Under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) programme, a district-level painting activity was organised today for the students of various PM SHRI Schools in District Doda.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who took part in competitions such as painting, essay writing and poster making based on the theme of national unity and cultural exchange.

Senior Lecturer, Mussarat Jahan delivered an informative lecture on the theme Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat. She highlighted the importance of cultural integration and explained the pairing of Jammu and Kashmir with Tamil Nadu under the programme.

She also emphasized the need for students to learn about and appreciate the language, culture, traditions and rich heritage of the paired state to strengthen the spirit of unity among the diverse regions of the country.

Chief Education Officer Bhushan Kumar Pathak appreciated the enthusiasm, creativity and active participation of the students. He encouraged them to actively engage in such programmes that promote national integration, mutual respect and cultural understanding among the people of different states.

Certificates were also distributed among the participating students in recognition of their efforts and performances in the competitions.
