Electrifying Inter-School Zonal Level Football, Cricket Competitions light up Chowgan Ground Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, MAY 24: In a vibrant celebration of youth energy and athleticism the Department of Youth Services & Sports Kishtwar organized thrilling Inter School Zonal Level Competitions in the disciplines of Football and Cricket at the iconic Chowgan Ground Kishtwar.

The ground came alive with nonstop action echoing with the sounds of cheering students, determined athletes and spirited competition.

Under the banner of Zone Kishtwar an exciting Football tournament for U/14 Boys was conducted. A total of 50 students participated in the event transforming Chowgan Ground into a high voltage arena of dazzling footwork, team coordination and passionate gameplay.

The matches kept the spectators on the edge of their seats creating an atmosphere that was both electric and inspiring.

Adding to the momentum, Zone Nagseni held its U/17 Cricket Tournament for both Boys and Girls bringing together 120 budding cricketers in a dynamic contest of talent, skill, and strategy.
With teams competing fiercely for glory, every ball bowled and every shot played reflected the dedication and growing sports culture among the youth of the region.

These grand sporting events were organized under the esteemed supervision of the District Youth Services & Sports Officer (DYSSO) Mr. Jaffer Haider Sheikh, whose continued efforts have been instrumental in promoting grassroots sports and nurturing young talent across the district. His leadership ensured flawless execution of the events and maximum participation from schools.
