RAMBAN, APRIL 12: The NSS unit of the Government Degree College Ramban, in collaboration with the Department of Political Science, organized a series of activities viz. Quiz, Seminar, Pledge taking ceremony and PADYATRA to mark Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
The College Principal Prof. Satish Kumar highlighted the contributions of DR. B. R Ambedkar to the nation. HOD Political Science Dr. Mukhtyar Ahmed elaborated on ardent role of Dr. B. R in framing the Indian constitution.
Majority of the NSS volunteers and other students of the college participated in the event. Owais Nazir Naik, Rahul Singh, Salman Ahmed and Sheetal Devi bagged first, second and third positions in debate competition, respectively.
The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks by Dr Sanjay Kumar, NSS. Program Officer. He expressed gratitude to dignitaries, faculty members, students and all participants for making the seminar success.
The seminar served as a meaningful platform to revisit the enduring relevance of Dr. Ambedkar’s ideas and to inspire young minds to carry forward his legacy of justice, equality and constitutional morality.
