GANDERBAL, AUGUST 10: The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign continued across District Ganderbal today with enthusiastic participation of students, youth, government employees and the general public, as a series of patriotic activities were organised at various locations across the district.
As part of the day’s activities, citizens and participants took the Har Ghar Tiranga pledge, reaffirming their commitment to the nation and the values represented by the Tricolour. The pledge witnessed enthusiastic participation from people across different sections of society.
A mass singing of the National Anthem was also organised at various locations, with students, officials and members of the public joining together in a collective expression of patriotism and national pride.
Tiranga rallies were conducted across the district, with students, youth and citizens participating enthusiastically while carrying the National Flag and raising patriotic slogans. The rallies highlighted the spirit of national unity and encouraged wider public participation in the ongoing campaign.
Educational institutions and field-level establishments also organised patriotic activities as part of the campaign, with students and youth taking an active role in the celebrations. The activities provided an opportunity to strengthen awareness about the significance of the National Flag and encourage citizens to actively participate in the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative.
The campaign, being observed across the district from August 09 to 17, will continue with a series of activities including door-to-door Tiranga campaigns, cleanliness drives, cyclothons, patriotic competitions, Tiranga exhibitions and other public outreach programmes.
The District Administration has requested citizens, youth clubs, Self Help Groups, market associations, civil society organisations and other stakeholders to participate enthusiastically in the campaign and make it a mass movement of patriotism, unity and national pride.
The campaign will continue across Ganderbal till August 17, with further activities planned at district, block, panchayat and institutional levels.
