GANDERBAL, APRIL 04: A mega voters awareness programme was today organized at Gutlibagh, here under the aegis of Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) campaign.
The awareness programme was aimed to raise awareness about voting-related activities and promote electoral literacy among citizens, especially first-time voters in run up to the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections, 2024.
The program was presided over by the ACR Ganderbal (ARO 18-Ganderbal) who, on the occasion highlighted the significance of electoral literacy in empowering citizens and urged everyone, especially first-time voters, to exercise their franchise responsibly in the upcoming elections.
Meanwhile, a pledge taking ceremony under SVEEP was also held to vote enthusiastically in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
