Man dies in Rajouri accident

Rajouri: A man lost his life after a tractor he was travelling in met with an accident in Kotranka sub division of Rajouri district.
Reports reaching the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that the tractor on the way from Manoor Gala to Swari skidded off the road and fell into a gorge.
A man who has been identified as Shafiq Ahmed, son of Bahar Din of Badyun was travelling on the ill fated vehicle died in the accident.
Meanwhile, police said that a case under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Kandi—(KNO)
Missing lady of Hajin traced from Ashmuqam: Police
Bandipora, Mar 02 (KNO): Bandipora police on Wednesday claimed to have traced a missing lady of Hajin from AShmuqam area of Anantnag district.
A police spokesman in a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that the missing lady of Haijn identified as Sheeraza Begum, wife of Ishfaq Ahmad Khan of Hajin had gone missing on 22-02-2022 from Hajin market.
“The lady had not returned back to her home and accordingly a missing report was lodged in Police Station Hajin and massive search was launched by a team of Hajin police headed by SDPO Hajin Latief Khan and SHO PS Hajin Zahoor Ahmad,” police said.
After strenuous efforts and utilizing all available technical and human resources, the said lady was traced from Ashmuqam Anantnag.
After completion of all legal and medical formality, the lady was handed over to her legal heirs in presence of respectables of the area.
Meanwhile, general public of Hajin has applauded the efforts of Hajin police in tracing out the said missing lady—(KNO)
