Anantnag: A man was killed while two others sustained injuries in a road accident at Kokernag area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag on Tuesday, officials said.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that an Alto 800 vehicle bearing number (JK03K-3465) hit three persons, leaving them seriously wounded.
The trio identified as Abdul Majeed Dar, Shamim Malik and Ishtiaq Malik—all residents of Buchoo, Kokernag was shifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag for treatment where Abdul Majeed Dar succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation in this regard—(KNO)
