JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 22: A Mission Yuva Helpdesk was conducted today at the SDM Office Chowki Choura to address and resolve the grievances of applicants seeking benefits under the Mission Yuva Scheme. The Helpdesk witnessed the active participation of Business Help Desk (BHD) Members, Yuva Doots and officials from J&K Bank, ensuring a collaborative approach to addressing the concerns of applicants. A total of seven grievances were taken up, of which six were resolved on the spot, showcasing the administration’s commitment to citizen-centric service delivery.

Additionally, three sanction letters were handed over to beneficiaries of the Mission Yuva Scheme by the SDM Ankush Hans in presence of Assistant Director District Employment and Counselling Centre, Jammu Mukhlis Ali.

Speaking at the event, Mukhlis Ali emphasized the importance of timely grievances redressal. He urged BHD Members and Yuva Doots to address issues at their level promptly and forward unresolved matters to higher authorities without delay. He also stressed the need for greater outreach and awareness about Mission Yuva to ensure that the youth of the Chowki Choura take full benefit from the scheme.
