JAMMU, APRIL 15: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha and the staff & officers of Lok Bhavan today accorded a warm farewell to outgoing Special Secretary, Shri Vaibhav Kohli, and Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to the Lieutenant Governor, Shri Ravinder Singh.
