JAMMU, MARCH 16: Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs Javed Ahmed Rana extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr.

In his message, Rana said that Shab-e-Qadr, the most sacred night of the holy month of Ramadhan, holds immense spiritual significance and offers believers an opportunity to seek the mercy and blessings of Almighty Allah through prayers, reflection and acts of charity.

He said that Allah grants forgiveness to those who sincerely seek it on the blessed Night of Qadr and urged Muslims to spend the night in prayer and reflection, seeking His mercy, guidance and blessings, as good deeds on this sacred night carry immense reward.

Rana also urged people to pray for lasting peace, prosperity and wellbeing of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the entire nation.

He expressed hope that the occasion would strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and inspire everyone to work together for harmony and progress in society.

The Minister appealed to the people to remember the poor and the needy in their prayers and extend help to the underprivileged so that the spirit of Ramadhan reaches every household.
