SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 30: As part of the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign under Sewa Parv, the Cultural Unit Kashmir, Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), today organised a short play at Government Higher Secondary School, Aglar Kandi, Pulwama.
Artists of Azad Memorial Foundation performed the play, highlighting the importance of maintaining cleanliness and protecting the environment. Through engaging performances, the artists raised thoughtful issues connected with hygiene and community responsibility, leaving a strong impact on the audience.
The Principal and staff of GHSS Aglar appreciated the initiative and lauded the efforts of DIPR for spreading awareness on such a vital social cause through creative and cultural mediums.
Similarly, Cultural Unit Kashmir DIPR organised another awareness program at Government Higher Secondary School, Pakharpora Budgam, under the Nasha Mukt Abhiyan J&K.
On the occasion, artists of Jubilee Films presented a thought-provoking skit highlighting the ill effects of drug abuse and the need for a collective fight against the menace. The students and staff responded with great enthusiasm and praised the initiative for its powerful social message.
