Srinagar, Oct 26: An Army soldier allegedly shot himself dead with his service rifle in Pampore area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the soldier shot himself dead with his service rifle at Chandhara areea of Pampore.
He said that police have take cognisance of the matter under 174 CRPC.
The official said that it was not immediately known as to why the soldier man took this extreme step—(KNO)
