BHADERWAH, JUNE 20: Following the direction of the District Development Commissioner Doda Harvinder Singh and the application submitted by Dr. Meenakshi Gupta of the Art of Living Team, a special session was organized today to equip officers and officials of Sub Division Bhaderwah with essential skills for managing mental health and stress. The entire program was conducted under the supervision of additional deputy commissioner Bhaderwah Sunil Kumar
The session, organized by the Art of Living, took place at Dak Bungalow Bhaderwah. The event was aimed at providing valuable techniques and knowledge to help manage stress and maintain mental well-being.
Prominent attendees included the Tehsildar Bhaderwah, EO MCB, Naib Tehsildars, and other officials from various departments within Sub Division Bhaderwah. Their participation underscored the importance of mental health and stress management in the workplace.
