The DC observed that adequate stocks of petrol, diesel and LPG are available across the district and supplies are continuing smoothly without any disruption. He directed the concerned officers to maintain close coordination to ensure timely replenishment and smooth distribution of petroleum products.

He also instructed the Sub-Divisional Magistrates and other officers to maintain strict vigilance against hoarding, black-marketing or overcharging of petroleum products and LPG cylinders.
