MLA Banihal Sajjad Shaheen raised the issue of unfilled vacancies in the educational and health institutions of Banihal Constituency. He sought installation of CT Scan at SDH Banihal. Additionally, he raised the issue of rationalization of Patwar Halqas and GQ Circles commensurate to the population growth.aa
MLA Pattan Javid Riyaz Bedar sought the attention of Government towards upgradation of CHC Pattan into the SDH hospital in view of the high foot fall to this health facility.
MLA Bahu Ch. Vikram Randhawa asked the Government to withdraw the notices issued by JMC to the shopkeepers of Jammu.
Legislator Surjeet Singh Slathia seconded the issue raised by the MLA and said that CLU provisions were not in vogue then, therefore the affected shopkeepers should not be compelled to furnish the same.
MLA Kupwara Mir Mohammad Fayaz sought upgrdation of schools in his area besides provision of SRTC buses for the students as they have to cover long distance to reach their educational institutions.

MLA Kishtwar Shagun Parihar requested for inclusion of six far-flung roads in the annual plan of the district besides seeking measures to tide over the water crisis in Kishtwar district.
MLA Uri Dr. Sajjad Shafi sought formulation of some scheme on the pattern of ReT to fill vacancies of teachers in far flung areas of J&K.
MLA Gulabgarh Er. Khurshid Ahmed raised the issue of shortage of staff in the health and educational intuitions of his constituency. He also raised land compensation issues of farmers of his constituency.
