JAMMU, MARCH 15: Students from various schools of District Doda, who are currently on Bharat Darshan tour-2024 sponsored 33 BN CRPF under Civic Action Plan, met Dr Jitendra Singh, Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science & Technology, MoS PMO, at the Institute of Civil Service Office Delhi.
Under the Civic Action Program, 33 Battalion CRPF based at Sarna Bhadarwah has organised Bharat Darshan tour-2024 for the under-privileged students of district Doda.
Dr Jitendra Singh interacted with students and also arranged lunch for them at PMO’s Civil Service Office Institute, Delhi.
The students are being escorted by two teachers from the school education department namely Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Koul-Teacher & Associate NCC Officer (PM Shri GHSS Bhalra, Bhaderwah) and Umesh Kumar-Teacher (GHS Pranoo).
It may be recalled that the tour has been organised to expose the students from underprivileged sections of the society to the external world and also acquaint them with the Socio-Historical perspective of the country.
