BANDIPORA, MAY 11: The District Administration Bandipora today organized an orientation cum training programme for Poll staff designated for Home Voting for 15- Bandipora Assembly Segment which is part of 1-Baramulla PC.
The Home Voting is scheduled to be held on 14th, 15th and 16th May 2024 in district Bandipora.
Speaking on the occasion, the District Election Officer (DEO), Shakeel ul Rehman stressed on ensuring integrity and efficiency of electoral process and emphasized to ensure that all voters have access to a fair and efficient voting experience, regardless of their voting location.
He also stressed on ensuring adherence to ECI guidelines to uphold the integrity of the electoral process.
Shakeel ul Rehman emphasized the importance of upholding ethical standards and maintaining a non-partisan approach in all aspects of electoral administration and directed the poll staff to ensure that every eligible voter can cast their ballot without interference.
ARO 15-Bandipora (ACR) Shabir Ahamd Wani also deliberated on various measures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in conducting elections.
The program was attended by poll staff designated for home voting, BLOs, Anganwadi workers, videographers designated for home voting, and other concerned officers.
