BANDIPORA, AUGUST 30: The District Election office Bandipora on Friday organised a comprehensive election training programme for employees at mini Secretariat Bandipora.
The training conducted in two sessions was aimed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure a smooth and efficient election process.
The training provided by District Level Master Trainer (DLMT), M Iqbal Samoon was attended by employees of different departments and covered various aspects of election management, including polling procedures, handling of election-related documentation and handling of EVMs.
DLMT emphasized compliance with election laws and protocols to maintain transparency and integrity throughout the electoral process.
He also emphasized the importance of impartiality and professionalism, besides highlighting the role of employees in facilitating a fair and transparent election.
Similar training programme was organised at Dak Bungalow Gurez for employees posted in Gurez Subdivision.
