SAMBA, FEBRUARY 20: The District Industries Centre (DIC), Samba organized an Awareness cum Facilitation Camp under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Programme at Block Sumb, with a special focus on promotion and sensitization of Udyam Registration among unit holders and traders.
The programme was led by the General Manager, DIC Samba, Gurpreet Singh along with the staff of DIC Samba. The camp was organized with the support of Shashank Padha, BDO Sumb.
Participants were sensitized about the benefits, process and importance of Udyam Registration under RAMP for formalization and growth of MSMEs. On-spot Udyam registrations were also facilitated during the camp for interested beneficiaries.
The programme witnessed active participation from local unit holders, traders and stakeholders, reaffirming the department’s commitment towards strengthening MSME outreach and ease of doing business in the district.
