Budgam, Mar 14 : The authorities in the health department on Friday said to have started an investigation to identify the netizens for circulating ‘old video’ ofSub District Hospital on social media platforms.

Notably, a video, visualizing a dog sitting on a Doctor’s chair inside the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Chadoora, has gone viral on social media with the people reacting over the issue and calling it a serious matter.

As per the news agency, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Budgam, Dr. Ayoub dismissed the video as an old clip and a deliberate attempt by miscreants to malign the image of government hospitals.

“The hospital is continuously upgrading with new equipment, and some people want to tarnish its reputation. Someone intentionally pushed the dogs inside when the staff was attending a patient in an adjacent ward,” he said. He further stated that an inquiry has been initiated, and legal action will be taken against those responsible.

“We are investigating the matter, and anyone found guilty will face legal consequences,” Dr. Ayoub added—
