RAMBAN, OCTOBER 15: A meeting of the District Level Committee on Change of Land Use (CLU) was held today to review the latest status of CLU cases across the district.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Alyas Khan and attended by Assistant Commissioner Revenue Shokat Hayat Mattoo; General Manager District Industries Centre Ravinder Anand; Assistant Commissioner Development Sheraz Ahmed; Divisional Forest Officers Ramban and Batote, Executive Engineers of PWD, PMGSY, JPDCL, Jal Shakti and other concerned officers.
The Committee reviewed 11 applications for land use change, deliberating on each case after thorough scrutiny of documents and verification of compliance with existing rules.
The Deputy Commissioner undertook a comprehensive review of the revenue records, case-wise status of NOC (No Objection Certificate) issuance, and overall progress of CLU applications received to date. He directed all officers to strictly observe the latest provisions under the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act and to enforce all government guidelines in letter and spirit.
