Srinagar, Jan 17 : National Conference (NC), President Dr. Farooq Abdullah Friday paid obeisance at the revered Dargah Shareef of Hazrat Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti (RA) in Ajmer Sharif.
Accompanied by party’s Additional General Secretary Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal and MLA Poonch Ajaz Ahmad Jan, Dr. Farooq Abdullah offered prayers at the sacred shrine, a statement issued to the news agency.
During his visit, Dr. Abdullah prayed for peace and prosperity, specifically for the people of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh. He also prayed for the innocent people of Palestine, beseeching relief from their hardships.
Highlighting the significance of the spiritual guidance of Khawaja sahib, Dr. Abdullah urged people to embrace the teachings and principles of Hazrat Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti (RA)
