Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Junaid Zargar from ATF Bandipora highlighted the serious health and social consequences of drug addiction. He urged the youth to stay away from narcotic substances and emphasized the importance of early intervention, counselling, and community support in preventing substance abuse.
