RAC approves 22 rent cases at Doda

DODA, JUNE 17: Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh today chaired the meeting of the District Rent Assessment Committee held in the Mini Conference Hall of the DC Office Complex to review and finalize rent for various government departments operating from rented accommodations.

The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Superintending Engineer PWD (R&B) Circle, Tehsildar and district officers from departments including Agriculture, ICDS, Police, PWD, Education, Health, Motor Vehicles, Handloom, NRLM, Food & Supplies, Revenue and others.

Each department presented its rent proposals, supported by documentation related to property conditions, rent rates and space requirements.

After title verification, due scrutiny of site conditions, ownership documents, structural integrity and utility of the premises, a total of 22 rent proposals were approved by the Committee

The Deputy Commissioner instructed all departments to expedite the pending cases by ensuring the submission of complete, site-specific documentation and verification reports.
