Bandipora, September 07: In a swift action, the Assistant Regional Transport Office (ARTO) Bandipora Bilal Ahmad Mir Thursday officially blacklisted a vehicle that was involved in a stunt-making incident.
The ARTO said that a video of vehicle, bearing registration number JK15B 1238, went viral on social media platforms while the driver of the vehicle was seen standing on the roof top of the car. He said that this incident posed a threat to public safety and the life of the driver.
He said that the vehicle was instantly blacklisted. The ARTO further said that the vehicle owner/driver will face legal action under IPC and Motor Vehicle Act.
