The meeting assessed the progress and effectiveness of the welfare programs across the departments of Rural Development, Health, Education, Agriculture, Social Welfare, and Housing. Key officials from the stakeholder departments attended to provide updates and insights into their respective schemes, ensuring the intended benefits reach eligible recipients.

The welfare schemes discussed included PMAGY, IHIS, SHG bank linkage, Kissan Khidmat Ghars, PMFBY, the status of Smart Kissan Credit Cards, AIF application status, HADAP, Dakash Kissan, artificial insemination, ABHA, Janani Suraksha Yojana, Janani Shishu Suraksha Karyakram, houses completed under PMAY (Urban), and others.

Discussions covered PMAY-G under Rural Development, Kisan Credit Cards, and PMFBY in the Agriculture sector, along with initiatives like the PM Surya Ghar Mukt Bijli Yojana under Science & Technology, besides Health department’s critical programs addressing issues like low birth weight, sex ratio, and the Janani Suraksha Yojana.
