Education Department Team inspects progress of furnishing work

Campus building of KGBV Bhagwah nearing completion

DODA, MARCH 05: The Kastoraba Gandhi Balika Vidayala Bhagwah, presently operating from Temporary Campus, will soon get its own accommodation as the new building of the Institution is nearing completion.

  A team of the Education   Department led by Chief Education Officer (CEO), Parkash Lal Thapa along with District Education and Planning Officer Dr.Anis Ahmed today visited the Institutions to assess the progress of work on the School Building and the temporary accommodation.

The CEO interacted with the students and staff members of the school and inquired about the academic performance of the students and the residential facilities.

The CEO directed the Warden of the school /Zonal Education Officer Bhagwah to  prioritize the required fixtures/electrification facilities and other security related infrastructure for early shifting of the class to the newly constructed building.

The CEO exhorted the staff members to work with dedication and ensure better care of the girls students in the residential school so that they may not feel deprived of the love and affection of their parents. The school warden and Zonal Education Officer was also directed to taje up the matter of demarcation of KGBV land with the revenue authorities .

Later, the team of officers also visited Government Girls UPS Bhagwah to check the attendance of students and teachers in the school. The CEO directed the school management to make proper utilization of funds for overall development of the school.
